Isaiah 61:1-3

 Fern Jinkins has served in the community for 20 years. After experiencing abuse, mental illness, and substance abuse disorders, she is serving battered women, street outreach, and homeless shelters, and has volunteered at Dawson State and Tarrant County Jails. Fern was inspired to advocate for others in the community, because she realized that addiction is a real debilitating disease.  Fern has a heart for those who battle with trauma. She is a mother of three, wife, Author, and a Prolific Speaker. Fern has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Liberty University and has earned a master's degree theology of Pastoral Psychology at Integrity Seminary.
